No-Bridges to Babylon
While it is “not so Godly” to pump up one’s flesh; I do see some significant truths, as written under the Rolling Stone Bridges to Babylon album produced in 1997.
From Wikipedia, “Saint of Me” is a single by The Rolling Stones from their 1997 album Bridges to Babylon. Mick Jagger sings about various people in history who had converted to Christianity, notably St. Paul and St. Augustine. Jagger then states that they will never make a saint out of him.
Mick Jagger, in his lyrics of “Saint of Me” sings out; you will never make a Saint of Me; and is more accurate in the understanding of his theology; than in that which Claims Christ’s name today. This is known to many as the Babylonian Church system, or as systematic theologies, by the formally educated.
Mick Jagger, in my opinion is singing about something which Bible academics often miss: in that salvation is given by God, by whom “HE” decided to bring to Christ: in the power and the strength of the Gospel by grace alone! Whereas with the natural or carnal man, tries to take control of God’s work; by trying to “teach people into Christ”, in the flesh, by using the scriptures, instead of being led of the Lord by His Holy Spirit alone. Realize, however, that such people are blind to the truths of God, so it will do absolutely no good in arguing doctrine with them, “or by posting articles like this on the net” to try and force them to see; by means of natural understanding.
This methodology has never worked, and never will; yet you cannot point this out to someone who is not born again or sanctified… 1 John 6-13 6 Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him…
Yet someone who remains in Christ by the Holy Spirit; cannot point this out to someone who is of the “Babylonian Church Spirit” which is drunk on the blood of the “actual Saints” : Revelations Chapter 17 & 18, who will hate you for exposing them, which are found to be of a “different spirit” ; the false brethren, Antichrists, enemies of the cross, as opposed to all those of us, who are actually of the Lord’s in Spirit and in Truth, and have a love for Him, that we might be ultimately Saved out of sin, and found with Him on the day of judgment.
Always remember, that the scriptures are ONLY speaking to the actual Ecclesia or Disciple; and not the broad roader, or nominal (in name only) Christian; no matter how well-educated.

The weapons of our warfare.
I have recently crossed swords with a “Bible educated” (seminarian) type, who by spirit, I knew; was not the Lord’s; but rather he was only religious by nature.
Many, many, actual brothers and sisters of the Lord today, are deceived by such people. This is the “inherent danger” which was started when teaching the natural man, the scriptures, which I guess really “kicked off” about 50 AD..? When the Apostle John wrote his letter about many Antichrists’ which were already in the world; and today are wall to wall!
You see, I am guilty sometimes of that Jesus said, never to do: which is in, casting my “spiritual pearls” before swine! This action has never, ever, produced a good reaction, in the least. Yet we all must not only learn to discern ” by what spirit” is someone of; but take it one step further, in trusting our “intuition” – which is spiritual by nature, and not carnal or natural.
Satan continually attempts to stumble, and destroy the actual “sheep” of the Lord, which are elected as a part of His fold. As he (Satan) knows full well how tender hearted the “actual” believer is; in being able to hear our Lord. Whereas, on the other hand, a “goat” (who are Satan’s people) he will scarcely ever bothers with, in his attacks. What would be the point, as they already belong to him..?
I was instructed in Bible doctrines (very personally) for six years, while I served in street ministry. The man who instructed me had a Doctorate in Divinity, Theology, and Psychology. He had spent 22 years in seminary; but more importantly, he was the one God instrumentally used, to start me on my path of learning to walk in the Holy Spirit (who is Christ in us); and about the spiritual world, and the causes and effects all around us, the natural man CANNOT see.
Even by knowing such a “gifted man spiritually”; who had more than just the bog standard gifts of the spirit, (which are found easily in the scriptures), it was quite an undertaking which my Lord undertook; to make manifest “His spiritual workings”, to my natural understanding. It took me decades to “grow into” Christ enough, till I was able to put such experiences to use.
I had started to notice that even the great Rev. Dr. Gross; who had years on me spiritually speaking, and instructed me in the basics of spiritual discernment, would often default to his natural understanding of sociology, when attempting to counsel me on why it was that others around me, would often marginalize me within the “so-called” body of Christ. He would say such thing as it was because of my apparent lack of formal speech, a formal education, I was an embarrassment in social circles, and so forth.
However, as much as a lot of this was true, it was not the root cause of the issue: but rather it was “Christ in me” the hope of glory, which is actually being rejected by the people of the world!
I don’t fault the brother, for what he could see as evident; yet this is why we cannot look unto men, (the arm of flesh) for our direction spiritually; but rather unto our Lord directly.
This is a very hard lesson to learn, especially within “western cultures” where everything is calculated, filed and measured using the mind. Yet, a believer is to have the “mind of Christ”; which is supernatural, or spiritual by its very presence.
Now then, an actual disciple of the Lord; needs to have fellowship, with actual “fellows’ in Christ, and not just merely Bible academics, which destroy ones faith by using the letter: like the scribes and Pharisees of old.. False brethren, “creeping in” are all too common within systematic theologies or “chuuurrrch” especially today. This great age of delusion, or falling away, and with the apostasies of Babylon; have produced false brethren, which are as thick as flies, on a rotten tomato!
We must be led by the spirit of God; the Lord spoke to me this morning.
Whereas the seminary trained “pig” wanted me to show him a Bible verse, in “proving to him” that the Bible was simply confirmatory; (2nd dairy) to actually walking with our Lord, in spirit and in truth “first”.
Romans 8:14-17 (ESV)
14 For all who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God. 15 For you did not receive the spirit of slavery to fall back into fear, but you have received the Spirit of adoption as sons, by whom we cry, “Abba! Father!” 16 The Spirit himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, 17 and if children, then heirs—heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ, provided we suffer with him in order that we may also be glorified with him.
This is the difference between an actual child of God, and someone who just claims his name today. One is spiritual, the other natural; one is blind, and one can see; one is deaf, the other can hear; and one is dumb, but the other can speak.

This article is written for the actual Ecclesia or (Ekklesia) of God – the narrow way Christian or disciple. Too many; what I have written will appear shocking, in that I have exposed an innermost sin struggle; for the entire world to see, yet I still can claim to be moving in the righteousness of Christ within me! The accuser of the brethren loves to expose such things; so I figure to beat him to the punch!
I awoke this morning hearing my Lord, as I am with him spiritually and move dependent upon him, more and more now, as I see no good dwells within me naturally.
As I smoked a cigarette with my cup of coffee, I thought to myself: was it these smokes, which caused my heart attack ten years ago? No, came the quick reply – “I” caused it/allowed it: “thus saith the Lord.” – “I just threw that part in” to make it sound like the Old Testament God in speaking to me….
Anyway, as I just started my computer; its desktop Bible verse appeared as Walk in the Spirit. Gal 5:16, and this is just one of many examples of the spiritual man walking in Christ – verses the natural man, who does not hear or listen to the Lord, “if” they have indeed started with him…
This spiritual life operates on a completely different set of tracks, than the natural man, whom leans to his own understanding of times, events and even Bible knowledge.
I remember that my brother kept a jar of my cigarettes on his desk, at work at the hospital. This allowed all the doctors to see it – and they would have naturally asked him why they were on display at his desk..?
In his self-righteousness, he could then reply; and tell them the story about me, and “my event” building himself up in the world, (and his profession) for the entire world to see…
Yet the Bible tells us that God looks upon our “heart’s/spirit” and not the exterior, which is what the world looks upon.
The “sin of smoking” is blatantly obvious for the entire world to see – especially today! They think, moron, imbecile, degenerate, _______, you fill in the blank – so forth and so on.
Yes, and the Bible also says not to defile the temple of God; I am painfully aware of this too! Yet the bigger issue to God, is our innermost heart/spirit & soul towards him. The inner working of one’s communion with him, as opposed to apart from him; (independence) while walking in the natural, or carnal.
One is obvious to the world, and the other is not. This is why I have chosen this example to write about, despite exposing my own “sinful carnality”… Most men attempt to hide the evil they do from the light of day, so to speak. Even worse are those who attempt to make their sinful behaviors acceptable to the world, as with homosexuality in the world today; for example.
Again, the issue is sin, and what causes “you”; the most damage in separating your walk with the Lord? The paramount question for me personally, (believe it or not) is not my smoking; as I currently have the liberty to choose to do the habit, or not to do it, concerning my own personal conviction in the matter, (via the Holy Spirit) in separating my walk from my Lord. Although admittedly; I wish I had not ever started the habit.
The reason I was moved to write this article this morning, was not to beat myself up, or to give the world a reason to attack me; (which would be masochistic) but rather to use my sin struggle in showing the sharp contrast of the spiritual man, with the natural/carnal man who walks in their own understanding. Nor have I written this in an attempt to try to justify myself in the least. But rather, to point out just how different the “mindset” is between the natural man, and the spiritual one.
The difference is spiritual (of what spirit is someone of?) as in 1 John 4.
The “churchmen” uses their natural understanding of the scripture to move and function, and behavioral modification to appear as acceptable to the world around them. Whereas, the man of God, simply moves and functions in that which he has been given to do, without the trappings that most “Christians” measure people by…
We who are with Him, and naturally move in him by grace, are hated by those who do not; and never the two shall meet in fellowship!
This is why it is written in: John 15:18-27 (ESV)-
The Hatred of the World
18 “If the world hates you, know that it has hated me before it hated you. 19 If you were of the world, the world would love you as its own; but because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you. 20 Remember the word that I said to you: ‘A servant is not greater than his master.’ If they persecuted me, they will also persecute you. If they kept my word, they will also keep yours. 21 But all these things they will do to you on account of my name, because they do not know him who sent me. 22 If I had not come and spoken to them, they would not have been guilty of sin, but now they have no excuse for their sin. 23 Whoever hates me hates my Father also. 24 If I had not done among them the works that no one else did, they would not be guilty of sin, but now they have seen and hated both me and my Father. 25 But the word that is written in their Law must be fulfilled: ‘they hated me without a cause.’
26 “But when the Helper comes, whom I will send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth, who proceeds from the Father, he will bear witness about me.27 And you also will bear witness, because you have been with me from the beginning.
So, the ones who have not the Holy Spirit of God, and the ones who have chosen the broad road, away from Him; will hate those whose flesh is made manifest in Jesus Christ.
In other words, does your flesh manifest that Christ has come within you? Or do you move in independence of him, and away from your salvation, who is Christ himself, in you?! Remember, this is a heart/spiritual condition, not a four brained calculated one, which the natural world moves in, independent of the Father. Even by those who have been given the chance “to become” sons and daughters of God; and to enter in with Christ, on the narrow road, as an actual disciple.
What I call “church righteousness” kills and attempts to replace Jesus Christ in us; (which there is no replacement of) and can destroy one’s spiritual walk “in” Christ, Jesus. Our spiritual death occurs when we who know him, abide in a different vine than: “the one which has already been ransomed and paid for”, by way of the cross!
This is why the Apostle Paul called such people “enemies of the cross” the foolish Galatians, who having started with Christ, became diverted to doing what typically amounts to doing religion about him; instead of simply abiding in him, for those whom had been graced with initial illumination.
In closing, there is an election unto salvation; yet Jesus repeatedly warned his disciples to enter in “the narrow way”, (spiritually) which leads to life; in following Him. Whereas, the ones who choose the broad road: in having a love for the world, people and things of this world (supplanting Christ) leads towards destruction; and being “cut off and burnt”, instead of just being pruned by the Lord, within the sanctification process.
The bottom line is; for us who have started with Christ, will we finish with him (the remnant)? The scripture teaches that most will not; and ultimately end up in the lake of fire, with the rest of the world, who loves something more than the truth – that they ultimately “MIGHT” be saved, by way of the cross.

Follow, or get out of the way!
The Lord God of Israel cares about his people; which he has foreknown, and grafted into himself, by ‘Jesus Christ’ on the cross; before the foundations of the earth.
The great “I AM” works his entire will on earth towards His ends, and His people; who are SPIRITUAL Israel. (*In those that have been given a heart towards Him.)
To put it crudely (contrary to popular beliefs); He doesn’t give a hang, about the wicked! He uses all circumstances, towards His sovereign will, and ends alone.
If he decides to grace someone “with” worldly status, riches, power, even life itself; that is really all up to him. The problems occur when men want to “play God” in independence of his leading. It is they, who want to decide who is graced, and who is not.
Even Bible based Evangelism (Apologetics) for and about the Lord, towards the world; is but man’s attempt to try and “convert” the world (wicked) towards salvation – (as if that were possible).
Vulcan Mind Meld
As man has not the power to do a “Vulcan mind meld” and give what they have been graced by – into another; despite a library of knowledge, concerning doctrines, or proper theology, or even by having a silver tong, in attempting to convert lives unto the Lord.
The LOST; will indeed come to the Lord Jesus Christ at some point; as He (the Father) has engineered it. Anyone who walks, independent of the spiritual life, which they have received by the grace of God alone in salvation; must continue with a heart towards the Lord, or risk being cut off and burnt. This is not a matter of making mistakes, or having glitches in the flesh, but is rather a matter, in having a heart which is continually repentant and in renewal (known as sanctification); not doing legalisms and ceremonies towards our Lord, in hopes of being found acceptable. The Lord wants obedience, not sacrifice – who is Christ alone! Period: end of story, as we say here in the U.S.
Yet it is Satan, who tries to counterfeit this truth of God, in his “love for the world” and his people; “the wicked”. This is a two-pronged attack, in that he is able to subvert the truth of God to the world; and to try and cause the Lord’s actual Ecclesia to stumble by moving independent of God, in Christ.
Who are you; oh man, to ask the Lord God to prove himself to you?
It is written in Romans 1: 20 > For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: …
All men know there is a God, yet they deny him in their lives, as they actually hate Him at their core, and do not wish to be constrained. So the wicked are all without excuse: as is an atheist or agnostic as they are still the same animal to God. The wicked and the one who is of an “apostate spirit” (broad roader) – the ones who started with Christ, but became diverted: will all end up in the lake of fire together. So, we who know Him, and have been graced with the “gift of salvation from sin”; must push into the Kingdom of God, (that is within us, Jesus taught) or take the “chance” of being cut off and burnt, with the bulk of humanity.
Even Christ himself was tempted to act independently of God the Father; remember when Satan told Christ in, Matthew 4: 6 > saying to him, “If you are the Son of God, throw yourself down; for it is written, ‘He will command his angels concerning you,’ and ‘On their hands they will bear you up, so that you will not dash your foot against a stone.'” 7 > Jesus said to him, “Again it is written, ‘Do not put the Lord your God to the test.'”
If the Enemy can get a disciple to “focus” on the world, instead of our Father who art in heaven; he can effectively kill our spiritual life in Christ. This is our choice to make – will we follow our Lord or not?
Most will never even have the chance to walk in the Lord, so don’t throw your chance away for another Gospel.
Push in and be sanctified with Christ daily, run the good race and finish. Fight the good fight, and having started with Christ, don’t allow oneself to become a cast away for the cares of this world!
Move in the Light
“Vessels of Light for Christ” We are the sons of God, IF we move in the spirit of God. Christ in us is the Light of the world; not a look-alike. We who have been born again, must remain in Him; and not compromise with the truth, who is Christ in us, the “hope” of Glory.

This is a description of those in darkness; they hate light in their hearts which are filled with wickedness, so they turn and attack the child of God, who has shared spiritual light/truth.
Do you think this passage is addressing only the outwardly wicked? Think again, the worst enemies are those who adorn themselves in white raiment, (as to be seen as) fit for the Bridegroom, but are inwardly ravenous wolves with vermin, stalking the weakest sheep!

It ain’t about doctrines and chuuurrccchhh that is for sure.
Out of respect, I have held off for over a month in posting this video.
All I ever see in most “Christian videos” is Bible doctrine, done in natural understanding. That type of thing is a dime a dozen; yet this man (my brother) exemplifies ones who’s flesh has been handed over for execution in Christ.
This is the fruit which Jesus was speaking about in Luke chapter 8.
This brother has helped me to actually see and understand the spiritual workings of our Lord.
I have had over 40 years of Bible instruction; yet it is “that life in Christ” which I crave; and it is only a true Elder, and teacher “IN” the Lord, who is able to deliver such truth, and not just academia like most so-called ministerial works are of.

That type of physical testing, is not for the squeamish to see, but it does give a big black eye to the enemy, who would love to destroy our testimony and us.
